The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no telemetry or crash reporting. The app makes no network connections of its own.

Image files and folders you open. When you open an image — by double-clicking it in File Explorer, dragging it onto the window, or using the Open dialog — the app reads that file and lists the other image files in the same folder so you can browse between them. All of this happens on your computer. File names, folder paths, and image contents are never transmitted anywhere.

Your settings. Your preferences — view mode, folder display style, interface language, thumbnail behaviour for cloud files, and whether files open in a new window — are saved locally on your device. They are never transmitted. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.

Your system display language. At startup the app reads the language list your operating system provides so it can open in your language. This is read locally and is not transmitted.

The app ships with a content security policy that restricts it to the files bundled with it, so it cannot make outbound network requests.

If you browse a folder synced by a cloud service such as OneDrive, files that have not been downloaded to your device are shown as placeholders and are not read. If you open such a file, or enable thumbnails for remote files in Settings, your cloud service will download it as it normally would. That transfer takes place between you and your cloud provider; the app is not a party to it and receives nothing.

On Windows the app draws its interface using Microsoft Edge WebView2, a component of the operating system. The app sends no data through it. WebView2 is Microsoft software and is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

If you obtained the app from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may collect data related to the download and installation under its own privacy statement. The developer receives no personal data from that process.

The app collects no data from any user, including children.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with a new “last updated” date.
